About Us
Established on January 1st, 2011, Multi Digital Industries was developed to service the integral need for digital content production with expert strategy and distribution techniques.
The brain-child of seasoned Australian Film & TV Director Michael Swan, MDI became the little sister of Production Company Provisible Films.
Long before Instagram Influencers and TikTok dance routines, we saw the need for businesses, big or small, to efficiently create new and exciting content to best capitalize on their growing audiences. But what good is content if you don’t know how to use it? Having content is all well and good, but strategy, marketing, and distribution make great content, awesome.
In May of 2019, we opened our second office in Toronto, Canada. Being the media hub of Canada, Toronto proved to be the perfect city to expand in, with a huge number of small businesses needing fast and accessible content production and implementation. Then in 2021, we moved our Canadian HQ to Vancouver.
Spanning thirty years and two continents, our services have continued to adapt to remain at the forefront of cutting edge digital media. With clients across automotive, retail, sports, health, entertainment, and more, the need for our services continues to expand across a variety of industries.
Run by Australian Creative Producer and “Jill”-of-all-trades Georgina Swan, MDI’s Canadian office specialises in small business content production and digital media management. This is the home of maximizing efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Born into the world of Television production, Georgina grew through the ranks within Provisible Films, working alongside her father, Michael Swan. She then worked her way through University as a Model and TV presenter, graduating with a dual degree in Journalism and Digital Media.
Georgina pursued her passion for Journalism working for 7NEWS in Brisbane, Australia. It wasn’t long until she traded the newsroom for the race track, where she was the PR & Media Manager for Red Bull Racing Australia.
Throughout the years, Georgina continued to relate all her experiences back to Television Producing, finding particular strengths in Content Creation and Talent Management. She continued a strong relationship with her modeling agency, in which she then spent several months as a Talent Agent before her move to Canada.
She hit the ground running in Canada as the Senior Account Manager and General Manager for an award-winning North-America-wide event staffing and marketing agency.
In May 2019, Georgina launched MDI in Toronto and quickly formed an impressive portfolio. In February 2021, HQ moved to Vancouver, with MDI now servicing both East and West coast Canada.
Partnering exclusively with Rosewood Marketing, our Canadian team can offer full Website Development, Google/Facebook Ads, Digital Strategy, Social Media Management, Videography, Photography, The MDI Content Box, and much more.
Our Australian team also specializes in creative direction/development, freelance camera operating, scripting, brand development, digital strategy, castings, media training and coaching. We work both domestically and internationally.
